Features of the knife type plate splitter:
1、该设备采用上圆刀和下直刀片,属于气动式PCB分板机，分板时PCB通过V槽固定于下刀，通过气动脚踏开关控制上刀运行实现分板。
The equipment adopts upper round cutter and lower straight blade, which belongs to pneumatic PCB splitter. When the PCB is divided, the PCB is fixed to the lower cutter through V-slot, and the upper cutter is controlled by pneumatic foot switch to realize the board splitting.
2、上下刀间隙可通过旋手轻松调整。
The clearance between the upper and lower knives can be easily adjusted by turning the hand.
3、切板过程中PCB不动，圆刀滑移，确保基板电子组件不因移动而损坏。
During the cutting process, the PCB does not move and the circular knife slides to ensure that the electronic components of the substrate are not damaged due to movement.
4、刀具为特殊材料设计，确保PCB分割面之平滑度。

5、因应V槽深浅及刀具损耗，上圆刀与下直刀之间的距离可准确调整。
